Travelers Declaration Form – Indemnity & Assumption of Risk
⚫ I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Viagra Travels.
⚫ I understand that travel, particularly adventure travel, involves risks of various kinds, including accidents and injury, illness and as such I am voluntarily undertaking this travel.
⚫ I confirm that I am medically fit to undertake this travel and will be accountable for any medical condition that I may have and for which I have not informed GHUMO Travels.
⚫ I understand that the optional activities that are operated by third-party vendors are entirely at my own risk and GHUMO Travels is not responsible for the same.
⚫ I agree to comply with the instructions of the Trip Captain and GHUMO Travels representatives during the travel. In case of any misconduct, illegal activity or any other behavior that endangers the individuals or property on the travel, I may be removed from the travel without any refund.
⚫ I understand that the itinerary, schedules and accommodations during the travel are subject to change based on operational requirements, safety, weather conditions, and road conditions.
⚫ I accept full responsibility for my valuables, belongings and luggage during the travel and will not hold GHUMO Travels or its representatives accountable for the same.
⚫ I release and indemnify GHUMO Travels, and its employees and representatives from liability for any claim including but not limited to injury and death, which may occur during the travel. This indemnity is applicable except to the extent that it is prohibited by the law.
⚫ I confirm this document is legally binding on me and my heirs.
